Redhill school opening

This is our official school opening 

we had half a day at school  

my cold holiday

We are learning how to write a poem for the holiday.

Tui infomation

Tui is a bird.

The tui has greeny, blue feathers and a fluffy whit ball on it's chin. It has skinny legs.

Tuis like to eat fruit, nectar and insects. They use their sharp claws to dig for insects. The love nectar from the Kowhai tree.

Tuis are only found in New Zealand bushes.

Tuis are endemic to New Zealand and easy to spot.

Reflction

It was cool reading with the year 1 and 2s.

I like moving into our new classroom because all of the hubs have there own bird name

I am looking forward to cross country so I can stay fit.
